About the property
The property is a steep, 900m² residential block located in the beautiful Huon Valley, Tasmania. It has a nice, level site for a tiny home located at the boundary. The property has views across the valley and river, and is located a short walk from the town centre/ shops. Due to lack of fencing and distance to the road it is not suitable for young children or pets currently.
I am a retired English teacher and Disability support consultant. This beautiful property is my home and I would love to share it with a person or family in a tiny home. I would love to foster a real community feel with my new neighbours. I love children and would be so happy to have them around as I have no grandchildren of my own. There is also another lovely family living on the property with young school aged children.
