I am at the semi retirement stage of my life looking for something affordable however livable within my budget. I am doing it in stages of gaining the land for lease then will purchase a tiny home to fit into this land package. I would like ideally like to incorporate all additional extras ie water power sewerage etc if possible. The spec would be not too remote although I would look at every prospect.
