My partner and I are currently paying $620 a week in rent and are needing to move in the next month due to the owners moving back in. We have been renting privately collectively for 9 years, 6 years together and have been at our current rental for 2 years. We have bond ready and are able to break lease at short notice as previously discussed with the current landlord and can provide a reference. My partner and I have a 4 month old daughter and my partner has his 8 year son on weekends and school holidays. I am currently not working but am recieveing permanent centrelink payments and my partner runs his business from home making it very rewarding to us both being able to raise our child together. We have both been hard workers our whole lives. My partners occupation has either been a fisherman, farmer, builder or nursery hand until the last year where he found his passion for music which has allowed him to create his own business in this industry. I have worked 3 jobs consistently for the last couple of years both casual and permanent part-time right up until being 6 months pregnant. I’m loving being a new mum but I also love being hands on and out doors creating and building new things and am very passionate about my animals.
