- Lovely flood free spot, easily accessible for a truck to deliver the tiny. A creek or a dam is a bonus and some shady trees would be great. Enough space to create a veggie patch and plant fruit trees would be wonderful and happy to share with land owners. Open to creating an off grid set up if need be.
- I have a 12x3mt tiny home on skids. I would love to find a lovely spot to park it on and find a tenant for it. I'm not quite ready to move in myself but am hoping to be able to offer a home to one of the many who are struggling to find an affordable home in the northern rivers of NSW area. I live around Murwillumbah and would love to be able to check on the house and take the load of dealing with tenants off the hands of the land owners, making it a win win for everyone involved.
